After completing his undergraduate studies at Carleton University, Dr. Travis W. M. Cox went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. In his studies he focused his practice specialty on NUCCA and other effective chiropractic techniques that help with headaches, migraines, neck pain, whiplash and back pain. Dr. Travis is a Board certified Doctor of Chiropractic in both United States and in Canada since 2009.

Although being a proponent of gentle upper cervical techniques, like NUCCA, for his headache and neck pain patients, Dr. Travis enjoys providing multimodal care including Active Release Technique, full spine adjustments, as well as the use of other advanced technologies including MedX Medical Lumbar Rehab MachineExtracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, and the BTE Multi-Cervical Neck Rehab Machine, to speed the healing of common injuries, including chronic back pain, whiplash, spinal disc injuries, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

When an individual presents with health issues that go beyond chiropractic care, Dr. Travis enjoys integrating in Functional Medicine that goes to the root cause of an individual’s condition. This will often include giving personalized lifestyle strategies on diet, nutrition, exercise and stress management.
