Practicing as a Registered Psychologist in the Province of Alberta, Alisha obtained her M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology through the University of Lethbridge.
Alisha has experience working with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds and focuses on providing a client-centered approach to therapy. Whether it be for struggles coping with mental health or adjusting to life stressors, or even simply wanting to work on self-improvement and growth, Alisha believes counselling can be a useful resource to many.
Some of the more common challenges she assists with include: trauma, depression, anxiety, motor vehicle accidents, pain management, stress management, return to work, sleep issues, concussion management, and adjusting to life changes. She has training in pain management and rehabilitation, trauma therapy, and CBT-I, and continues to grow her skills to better help her clients. She is also WCB-approved!
